A day without coffee is like…just kidding I have no idea. I literally have coffee every morning. I tried going coffee free once, 4 years ago. It was awful. Coffee owns me, and I am fine with that.
I can’t justify spending $4.00 every morning on a sugary filled latte, I chose to make my own. This week I am obsessed with my protein version of a PSL. #basicAF and I don’t like to really drink my carbs…A typical PSL 16 ounces with almond milk is 5p 42c 6f and 38g of sugar. So when I am RUSHED, which happens to be THIS WEEK! (Four Trainings, a conference, and a TON of meetings, I make this little baby)
Verse My Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte Macros: 18p, 9c, 1f
My Daily Grind PSL
- 25g vanilla protein powder (I use pescience)
- 60g pumpkin puree
- 8 ounces coffee. strong and black.
- 4 ounces almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
- dash of pumpkin pie spice
- stevia to taste
Mix protein powder, almond milk, pumpkin puree, spices in a nutribullet (or whisk it by hand) until foamy. Mix coffee and protein mix. Drink hot or iced. Enjoy Coffee, because adulting is hard. Macros: 18p, 9c, 1f
