Each daily workout is between 15 and 30 minutes.

What equipment will I need for the workouts?

You will need a couple pairs of dumbbells, a bench, a pull up bar (or resistence band), and a jump rope (optional).

Who are the workouts for?

There are 2 daily workouts to choose from. One is focused on fat loss and conditioning, and the other is focused on strength training and muscle growth. You get to choose which workout is best for your personal goals.

Are there modification for the workouts?

The weekly business workshops are specifically designed to help any type of business accelerate growth though a systematic progress structure. Each week will build on the previous weeks lesson.
